Funeral Services Friday Morning For Henry John Baack

Henry John Baack passed away at his farm home in Liberty township Tuesday morning. May 4, following an illness of a few days. He was born in Bremen, Germany, and came to the United States when 14 years old. He has farmed in this vicinity of Liberty township most of his life. He is survived by his wife and one daughter, Mrs. Herman Pageler of Le Mars; two sons, Walter, at home, and Louis, who lives in Hinton, and four grandchildren. He is also survived by one brother, John, of Worthington, Minn., and two sisters, Mrs. Anna Schultz, Wagner, S. D., and Mrs. John Winterfeld Rock Valley. One son, Paul, preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p. m. Friday, May 7, at Luken's Funeral Home and at 2 p. m. from St. John's Lutheran church at Merrill. Rev. E. Jacobs will preside. Burial will be at the city cemetery in Le Mars. Pall bearers will be John Lehman, Otto Kalas, George Kress, Carl Johnson, Ray Blades, and Lon Sexton. Vocalists will be Elmer Plueger and Mrs. Nis Ahrendsen. Pianist will be Mrs. E Jacobs
