Brian Allen Baack. 9, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth G. Baack. 427 First Ave, SE, died Friday (April 25, 1975) at University hospital, Iowa City, after a long illness. Brian had been hospitalized for eight weeks at Iowa City.

He was born Dec. 27, 1965 in Le Mars and was a third grade student at Kluckhohn elementary school in Le Mars. His parents are Kenneth G. and Bonnie Hinken Baack.

Funeral services were held Monday at 2 p. m. at Presbyterian United Church of Christ with Rev. Ralph Nelson officiating. Burial was in Le Mars Memorial cemetery under direction of the Mauer funeral home.

Survivors are his parents; four brothers, Thomas, Gerald, Richard and George and five sisters, Kathryn, Sue, Beth, Christine and Julie; his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Ruth Dose and maternal grandmother, Mrs. Mary Hinken all of Le Mars.

He was preceded in death by both grandfathers.
