INFANT IS SUDDENLY CALLED

Hope Vergene Vreugdenhil, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wm. C. Vreugdenhil, northwest of town, passed away suddenly from what appeared to be heart trouble on Wednesday morning, April 3, 1935, at about 10 o’clock, at the tender age of 4 months and 15 days.

She leaves to mourn her loving parents, one sister, Joyce, and tow brothers, Max and Robert, whose bereavement is double hard, as she was beginning to fill the void left by Gene Doreen, 13-month-old brother, who passed away the 24th of last June following an operation.

Funeral services were held Friday afternoon at 2 o’clock in the home and at 2:30 o’clock in the Big Springs Baptist church, conducted by their pastor, Rev. R. A. Dahlquist. She was laid to rest in Riverside cemetery, Akron, beside her brother.

Relatives coming from a distance were: Mr. and mrs. J. Vreugdenhil of Osmond, Nebr.; Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Moates and daughter, of Plainview, Nebr.; Mr. and Mrs. Reuben Vreugdenhil and daughter, of Peterson, Ia.; Mr. and Mrs. Edw. Vreugdenhil, of Ireton, Ia.; Miss Ruth Vreugdenhil, of Sioux City, Ia.; Mr. and Mrs. Peter Bol., of Inwood, Ia.; Mr. and Mrs. J.
