Roberta K. Keffeler

Roberta Keffeler, a native and lifelong Le Mars resident, died Saturday, June 19, 1993, at Floyd Valley Hospital in Le Mars.

Mrs. Keffeler, the former Roberta Keenan, was the daughter of John T. and Lucie (Ryan) Keenan of Le Mars. She graduated from Le Mars Central High School and attended the College of St. Catherine at St. Paul, Minn. She married Orlando Keffeler of Remsen at St. James Catholic Church in Le Mars. He died in 1967 in Le Mars.

She was a member of St. James Catholic Church, the Altar Society and St. Joseph's Ladies' Club.

Survivors include her sister, Dorothy Ann Kramer of Le Mars; cousins, Sister Immaculata Keenan of St. Paul and Fred Ryan of Seattle, and a number of other cousins, nieces and nephews.

She also was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Ralph J. Keenan.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. James Catholic Church in Le Mars with Msgr. Michael D. Sernett officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Le Mars. Visitation is after 2 p.m. today (Monday) with a 4 p.m. rosary by the Altar Society and a scripture wake service at 7:30 p.m. at Feuerstein Funeral Home in Le Mars.
