The funeral of the late George Eva took place on Wednesday afternoon last and was largely attended. The services were held in the M. E. church. The harness-makers out of respect to their fellow-workman closed their places of business at noon in order to attend the funeral. Those left to mourn have the sympathy of the entire community.
