Services Today, Tuesday for Kin of Le Mars Folks

Funeral services for Charles Molitor Sr., 80, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at St. Mary's Catholic church at Ashton. Burial will be in the parish cemetery. Rosary was recited at 8 p.m. Sunday and Monday at the Lampe funeral home in Ashton.

Mr. Molitor was killed in a 2-car accident Friday near Forest City, which also killed one of his daughters, Mrs. Leo Penning, 50, of Le Roy, Minn., and injured five others.

Funeral services for Mrs. Penning were at 10 a.m. Monday at Le Roy. Burial was at Le Roy.

Mr. Molitor, a retired farmer, was born Oct. 26, 1886, in Luxembourg. His wife died in 1948.

Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Christina Winterfeld of Le Mars and Mrs. Marvin Dammann of Little Rock; seven sons, Clarence of Currie, Minn.; Charles Jr., of Ashton; John of Ruthven; Ernest of Le Mars; Dale of Worthington, Minn., and Milo and Donald, both of Charles City, a sister, Mrs. Mike Harens of Granville, and two brothers and a sister in Luxembourg.
