Arthur Winterfeld

Arthur C. Winterfeld, 46, former resident of the Craig vicinity passed away at a hospital in Adrian, Minn., on June 26 following a sickness that lasted six months.

Mr. Winterfeld was married to Christine Molitor on February 16. 1944 at Ashton. Iowa. The couple lived in Plymouth County near the Craig vicinity until 1948 when they moved to Adrian, Minn.

Funeral services will be held Friday, June 29 at 2:30 at the Mauer Funeral home. Rev. Donald Schmidt of Adrian, Minn., officiating.

Survivors are the widow, and daughter, Judy of Adrian, Minn.; his father, L. J. Winterfeld of Craig, and four sisters, Mrs. Arnold Metz of Sioux City, and Mrs. Paul Beyer of Phoenix, Arizona, Mrs. Nora Kock of Craig, and Mrs. Donald Shearer of Correctionville, Iowa.

He was preceded in death by his mother and one sister.
