FUNERAL RITES SET SUNDAY AFTERNOON — FOR PAT CALHOON

Funeral service s for Roy Merlin (Pat) Calhoon, 54. will be held at 2 p. m. Sunday at St. John United church. Rev. M. L. Straube will officiate and burial will be in the city cemetery under the direction of Luken's funeral home.

Mr. Calhoon died Wednesday at a Rapid City, S. D., Hospital after six weeks of illness, as reported in yesterday's Daily Sentinel. He had been a life-long resident of Le Mars until moving last fall to Custer, S. D. were Mr. and Mrs. Calhoon took over the operation of a café.

Born April 26, 1906, in Le Mars, his marriage to Dena Beckman took place here on Aug. 24, 1929. His wife, son, parents, sister, and two grandsons survive.
