R. Pageler Dies in Le Mars Hosp.

Roy William Pageler, 61, former Rock Valley resident died December 24, at the Le Mars hospital following a long illness.

Funeral services were held on December 27 at 10:30 a.m. at the St. John American Lutheran Church of Le Mars. Burial was at Le Mare Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Mauer Funeral Home.

Mr. Pageler was born June 29 1907 on a farm near Le Mars. He operated Roy' Place in Rock Valley for a number of years and developed Pageler's addition south of Highway 18 here.

He is survived by a brother, Clarence of Le Mars.
