UNION COUNTY WOMAN IS CALLED BY DEATH

Vermillion Plain Talk: Funeral services for Agnes Kavanaugh, 80, resident of the Spink community, who passed away at Akron, was held Wednesday morning at - the Garryowen Catholic church. Father J. P. Leen conducted the rites and the burial was in Calvary cemetery.

Agnes Elizabeth Dowd was born June 6, 1864, in Washburn, Iowa. She was married to Thomas Kavanaugh. Her husband preceded her in death. She is survived by four sons and four daughters—Mrs. Anna Hedden and Mrs. Vernon Esser, of Hawarden; John, who is seriously ill in the Ha warden hospital at present; Lawrence, of Torrance, Calif.; Clarence, of Burbank, S. D.; Ernest, of Akron, Mrs. E. W. Reetz, of Whiting, and Mrs. Milo Fritsche, of Bonilla, S. D.
