Note: He is buried in Riverside Cemetery and his mother's maiden name is Seward and his wife's maiden name is Elston.
Mr. and Mrs. Louis Wagner, their daughters, Edith and Ada and their son, John Wagner, went to Richland Saturday afternoon to attend the funeral of Mrs. Wagner's brother, Ulysses G. Fate, who died at his home there Wednesday morning.
Mr. Fate suffered a paralytic stroke the fore part of July and had been confined to his bed since that time. He was 62 years of age.
Funeral services were held at his home at 2 o'clock and burial was made in the cemetery at Akron, Iowa.
He is survived by his widow, and one daughter, Miss Lucille Fate who lives at home, his mother, Mrs. Almina Fate and three brothers and two sisters.
