Nick Wurth, 70, former prominent Fredonia township farmer, died Tuesday in Omaha where he has been living the past four years

Nick Wurth, born in 1872, in Le Mars, was a member of a pioneer family. He was married to Adelaide Tovey. They farmed near Oyens in Fredonia township for many years before moving to a farm in Minnesota and then to Omaha.

Funeral services were held Thursday morning in Omaha.
