Harm J. Harms, 59, of 107 Fifth Street NW, died Wednesday at Floyd Valley hospital after an extended illness.
Funeral services will be at 2 pm, Saturday at St. John American Lutheran church with Rev. Arnold Imbrock and Rev. Paul Tobiason officiating.
Burial will be in Christ Lutheran church cemetery, Grant township, under direction of Luken- Johnson funeral home. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 pm Friday.
He was born July 17, 1910, in Grant township, the son of the late Siebelt and Etta (Lubben) Harms. He married Anna M. Ludwigs February 14, 1960, at Denver.
He was a Plymouth county resident all his life and did farming and carpentering.
He was a member of St. John Lutheran church, LeMars.
He was preceded in death my his parents and a sister.
Survivors are his wife, Anna of LeMars; two step-daughters, Mrs. Donald (Joann) Christensen of Denver and Mrs. Donald (Patricia) Fiete of Greensberg, Penn.; two brothers, Jurgen J. of Ireton and Fred H. of LeMars; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
