Mrs. M. H. Feller Taken By Death
Life Long Resident Of This Community

Death claimed Mrs. Feller, 52, wife of Mathias H. Feller of this city, at the Sacred Heart hospital Wednesday, August 20, following an illness of several weeks.

Mrs. Feller lived in this community all her life. Her maiden name was Anna Schroeder. She was a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Schroeder, early settlers in the county, and was born at Remsen, April 23, 1889.

She was married at St. Mary's church in Remsen, January 17, 1911, to Mathias Feller, the late Father F. X. Schulte officiating.

She leaves to mourn her death her husband, one son and six daughters, John, of Remsen, Barbara, Mrs. Ben Freking, Mrs. Frank Orban, Bernice, Esther and Cecelia, of Le Mars, two grandchildren and two brothers, J.P. Schroeder and Joseph Schroeder of Remsen.

She was preceded in death by one brother, Nick Schroeder, and a sister, Mrs. J. B. Bruscher.

Mrs. Feller was a devout member of the Catholic church and a member of the Christian Mothers society. She was esteemed by all those who knew her in the community where she lived all her life.

The funeral services will be held this Friday morning at 9 o'clock in St. Joseph church, Msgr. J. D. Fisch officiating, and interment made in St. Catherine's cemetery in Oyens.

Wiltgen's funeral home of Le Mars is in charge of arrangements.
