Mrs. Emma Danne

Mrs. Emma Danne, a former longtime Plymouth county resident, passed away Tuesday, April 8 at Yankton. South Dakota.

Mrs. Danne was born at Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin on May 18, 1886, and came to Plymouth county with her parents at a very early age. Her marriage to Will Danne was on November 23, 1905, in Stanton township where the couple lived until 1941. Mr. Danne passed away in 1950 and since 1953 she had been with her daughter, Lucille, at Sioux Falls.

Survivors include the daughter, Mrs. Woodrow Ellvein at Sioux. Falls and four grandchildren, Arvis, Maurice, Neva and Orin Ellein. Two sisters, Mrs. Ben Brandstetter, of Wayne, Nebraska and Mrs. Ed Hahn of Altandena, California, also survive.

A brother, Will Kemnitz and, a sister, Mrs. Will Keihn preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April II at II a.m. at the Sioux Falls Lutheran church and burial will be; at the Le Mars city cemetery at 3 p.m. Friday. A short service will be held at the cemetery and the casket will be opened for those in the Le Mars area that wish to attend
