AKRON, Iowa—Mrs. Orin Blake, 73, of Albuquerque, N.M., formerly of Akron, died Tuesday in an Albuquerque hospital.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Schroeder Funeral Home in Akron. The Rev. Elmer Hodge will officiate. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery at Akron following the services. Visitation is from 9-10:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Blake, the former Madge Carol Worth, was born Feb. 22, 1914, at Emerson, Nev. She married Orin Blake in 1931, at Elk Point, S.D. He died Feb. 7, 1955. The couple lived for many years in the Akron area. She moved to Albuquerque in 1958.

Survivors include three sons, Kenneth of Noel, Mo., Jack of Sonoma, Calif., and Jerry of Issaquah, Wash.; three brothers, Lon, Jimmy and Dale Worthem; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
