Kenneth Baker

Kenneth Clifford Baker who resided at 314 7th Street, S. W., in LeMars passed away there January 9. 1957 following a sickness which lasted several months.

Mr. Baker was born August I. 1895 at Anthon, Iowa. On November 18. 1915 he was married to Clara Strackbein at Onawa. He was 61 years of age.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, January 12 at 2:30.at St. John's Evangelical and Reformed church in LeMars with Rev. M. L. Straube officiating. Burial will be in the city cemetery under the direction of the Mauer funeral home.

Survivors include his wife, Clara; children, Mrs. Warner (Bonnie) Meissner of Lovelock, Nevada; Victor Baker, Kingsley; Clarence Baker, and Roscoe Baker of LeMars; Warren Baker of Ireton; Mrs. Joe (Viola) Gengler of Remsen and Mrs. Melvin (Blanche) Majeres of Le Mars; 24 grandchildren and one brother, Lawrence Baker of Correctionville and a sister, Mrs. John (Amy) McFarlan of Wilbank, Iowa
