Obituary

On January 18, 1904, death entered the home of Mrs. Annie Kain at Adaville, and summoned to his eternal home, William, the beloved son and brother.

The deceased was a son of Thomas and Annie Kain, the father having died in 1891.

He was born May 26, 1882, near LeMars and was twenty two days of age at the time of his death.

During his illness with consumption all that loving hands could do was done but of no avail.

God called him and with gentle Christian submission the sufferer answered. He was an exemplary young man, very popular with all his associates and one who readily made friends wherever he went. The generous, good natured way, which characterized his childhood, became more apparent as he grew to manhood.

The departed is survived by his mother, one sister and four brothers who sadly mourn his death. The sympathy of the community of the community is extended to the bereaved ones in this their sad affliction.
