Note: According to two of her sons' obituaries her first name is Ann and since she has a brother by the last name of Lamb I'm assuming that is what her maiden name is. She is probably buried in the Calvary Cemetery in Le Mars.
Death of Mrs. Jas. Redmond.
Thos. and Mike Redmond, of this city, have the sympathy of the community in the death of their venerable mother at the family home in Grant Township, this county, last Suday, January 15, 1905. She had been a sufferer for years from rheumatism, but the immediate cause of her death was pleurisy.
Besides the sorrowing husband and the two sons above mentioned are the following children: M. B., Miss Mary B., Miss Catherine and James B., all residing at home.
Deceased was born at Elizabeth, N. J., August 22, 1838, and united in marriage with James Redmond at Plattesville, Wis., in 1857. The family has lived in Plymouth County for twenty-six years. The funeral was held at St. James Church, Le Mars, Tuesday.

Death of Mrs. James RedmondThe funeral of the late Mrs. James Redmond, of Grant Township, brief mention of whose death was made in the last issue of this paper, was held in highest esteem.
The services were conducted by the Rev. Father O’Farrell.
Mrs. Redmond had been a sufferer from rheumatism for many years. The illness from which death resulted was severe attack f pleurisy. Mrs. Redmond was a noble, Christian woman and bore her burden of suffering with patience and fortitude. Her death is the first break in the happy family circle and is a great blow to her husband and children and many old friends and neighbors share in the sorrow and extend their sympathy and condolences to the stricken family.
Mrs. Redmond was born at Elizabeth, N. J., on August 22, 1838. She was united in marriage with James Redmond at Platteville, Wis., in 1857, and made her home in Platteville until, 1878, when the family moved to Plymouth County residing east of Le Mars for several years. For the past twenty years the family has resided in Grant Township. Mrs. Redmond was held in great esteem by all who knew her for she was of a kind and loving disposition and her many acts of goodness and neighborliness won her a large circle of friends.
To Mr. and Mrs. Redmond were born six children, four sons and two daughters, who with the age husband survive her. Two of the sons Thomas and Michael are engaged in business at Akron, Maurice and James and the two daughters Mary and Catherine live on the home farm. She also leaves two brothers and one sister. The brothers are William and Martin Lamb of Mineral Point, Wis., and the sister is Mrs. Mary Floyd, of Union, Iowa.
Wm Lamb and Mrs. Floyd were here to attend the funeral.
