Mrs. T. K. Chapman

Funeral services lor Mrs. T. K, Chapman, 72, lifetime Plymouth county resident, will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday at St. James Catholic church. Burial will he in Calvary cemetery under direction of the l.uken-Johnson funeral home. Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Thursday. The parish rosary will be recited at 8 p.m. and the Catholic Daughters of America rosary at 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Chapman died unexpectedly Tuesday morning at her home. The former Mary Agnes Deegan, she was born April 20, 1896, in Plymouth county, the daughter of William II. and Catherine Quinlin Deegan. Her marriage to Mr. Chapman took place June 12, 1918. at St. Joseph Catholic church, Struble. The couple celebrated their golden wedding anniversary June 9.

She was a member of St. James Catholic church, St. James Altar Society, Catholic Daughters of America and Eagles auxiliary.

Surviving are her husband. T. K. Chapman, LeMars, three sons, Robert of LaCresenta, Calif.; Roland, Spirit Lake, and Gerald. Le Mars; two daughters, Mrs. Many (Kathleen) Mower, Mesa, Ariz., and Mrs. Phil (Lorraine) Hoffman, Alton; 28 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Roy Deegan, Le Mars, and four sisters, Mrs. Martin (Nellie) Pletschette, Le Mars; Mrs. Omar (Florence) Topf, Salix; Mrs. Ralph (Margaret) Bergin, Le Mars, and Mrs. Theodore (Cecelia) Langenhorst, Granville.
