Louise Rowe, 80, Le Mars, a Plymouth county native and lifelong resident, died Thursday, Feb. 9, 1989 at the Brentwood Good Samaritan Center after a lengthy illness. Services were held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Presbyterian United Church of Christ in Le Mars. Rev. Robert Grupp officiated. Burial was in the Le Mars Memorial cemetery under direction of Mauer-Johnson
funeral,home of Le Mars.

The former Louise Heeren, was born Jan. 26, 1909 in Johnson township, Plymouth county to Gerd W. and Martha Albright Heeren. She married Foster Rowe, Nov. 18, 1929 at rural Le Mars. Mr. Rowe died in 1983.

She was a member of Presbyterian United Church of Christ, Le Mars.

Survivors include a brother, John Heeren of Compton, Calif., and a nephew.

She was preceded in death by her parents.
