Mrs. John Sheehan
Mrs. John Sheehan, 79, of the Holy Spirit Retirement Home, 1701 W. 25th St., Sioux City, died Tuesday evening (April 4, 1978) at the home after a long illness.
Mrs. Sheehan, the former Loretta Mary Laddusaw, was born April 24, 1898, at LeMars, and married Mr. Sheehan Oct. 11, 1916, at Oyens. He died on July 27,1957, in Sioux City.
They had farmed in the LeMars area until 38 years ago when they moved to Sioux City. She was a member of St Joseph Catholic church.
'Survivors are five sons, Estill J., Leo, John and James, all of Sioux City, and Gene of South Sioux City; three daughters, Mrs. Al (Inez) Myers, Mrs. Bernard (Lenice) Reilly and Ms. Mary Ann McWilliams, all of Sioux City; two brothers, Sherman of Torrington, Wyo., and Walter of Skakopee, Minn.; one sister, Mrs. Agnes Schilmoeller of Granville; 22 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren.
Meyer Bros. Colonial chapel has charge of arrangements with services tentatively set for Friday
