Mrs. James Barthole of Remsen died Sunday and funeral services will be held at St. Mary's Catholic church in Remsen this Tuesday morning at 9:30 o'clock.

Mrs. Mary Ann Barthole was born in Luxembourg, January 25, 1878, and is an old resident of Remsen.

She is survived by her husband, a son, Charles, and a daughter, Marie,.

Mrs. Barthole has been ill for a long time and has frequently been in Sacred Heart hospital for treatment.
