ESTEEMED FORMER AKRON FARMER IS CALLED BY DEATH
Last Rites Held Here Monday Morning For Frank J. Coyle
Frank J. Coyle, for many years a prominent farmer west of here in Union County, S. D. passed away at his home there last Friday, October 22, after an extended illness, at the age of 78 years, 7 months and 2 days.
Mr. Coyle was born March 20, 1881, at Ridgeway, Wis. Coming to Akron when a young man, he was united in marriage with Miss Freddie O'Rielly, of Akron; She preceded him in death several years ago. He was held in high esteem by all who knew him.
Surviving are a daughter, Miss Carmel Coyle, and a son, Everett Coyle, bot of Akron; six grandchildren and two great-greandchildren, a sister, Mrs. Alice Clerkin, of Denver, Colo.; and two brothers, Gene Coyle of Armour, S. D., and John Coyle, of Hartford, S. D.
Funeral services were held Monday at 9:00 a. m. at St. Patrick's Catholic church, Rev. J. G. Skahill officiating. Interment was in the Cathoic Cemetery.
