Note: The wife's obituary spells her maiden name Didrickson.

Chas. H. Anderson, retired farmer of this town since 1917, died at his home Monday April 3, following several weeks illness with dropsy. He was past 80 years old.

He was past 80 years old. Mrs. Anderson born in Norway in 1852, came to America at the age of 19 and settled at Grinnell. He was married to Miss Regina Dedrickson at Storm Lake, August 22, 1882, and in 1891 they came to Plymouth County where they farmed until moving into town.

Survivors are his aged wife, two sons Alfred and Jacob B., three daughters Mrs. Emil Karll Mrs. Frank Tullis and Miss Stella Anderson two bothers and five grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Lutheran Church with Rev. E. H. Gillmann officiating. Interment was made in the Merrill Cemetery.
