Died on Sunday, January 7th, 1900, at the home of her parents, eleven miles northeast of Akron, Susan may, daughter of Chas. Anderson and wife, of diabetes, aged 11 years and eight months. About year ago the little girls suffered an attack of scarlet fever, sand since that time has never been well.
She was in Akron with her parents last Friday and was taken very ill on their way home. Everything possible was done for the child, but she passed away on Sunday.
The funeral was held at the family home on Tuesday, the services being conducted by Rev. L. A. McCaffree, of the Akron M. E. Church. Interment was made in the Akron cemetery, where two little brothers of the deceased are buried. The deceased are child was a granddaughter of John C. Ruble and wife, of Akron.
