Mrs. Frank (Addie) Calhoon who resided at 312 7th avenue southwest in Le Mars passed away there on October 12, 1962 following a sickness which lasted five years. She was 75 years of age.

Addie Betsworth was born June 26 1887 at Merrill. Her marriage to Frank Calhoon took place in 1903.

Funeral services were held Monday, October 15 at 2 p.m., at Luken's Funeral home with Rev. M. L. Straube officiating. Burial was in the city cemetery under direction of the Luken funeral home. Rev Straube is pastor of St John's United Church of Christ.

Survivors include a daughter, Opal Simon; three sisters Florence Brown of Le Mars; Clara Simon of Le Mars; Laura Baldwin of Sioux City; 3 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 4 great, great grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Pete Bock, Jack Grosenheider, J. W. Strause, Leo Dominick, Robert Ruble and Ray Petersen. She was preceded in death by her husband and a son.
