Jeff S. Loutsch, 27, of Remsen died Saturday in a hospital in LeMars of injuries suffered in an accident at Remsen.

Services were at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in St. Mary's Catholic Church in Remsen. The Rev. Robert McClintock officiated. Burial was in the parish cemetery under direction of the Fisch Funeral Home in Remsen. Graveside military services were conducted by Remsen Post 220, American Legion and Post 3328
VFW.

Mr. Loutsch was born April 22,1955 at LeMars to Andrew and Mary (Hayes) Loutsch, Jr. He was raised and educated in Remsen, graduating from Remsen Union High School in 1973. He entered the U.S. Army July 19, 1973, and was stationed at Fort Riley, Kan.

He married Delia Rae Ringel Sept. 22, 1974, at Alta Vista, Kan. He was discharged July 19, 1976, at which time they moved to Remsen. He was employed at Dubuque Pack in Le Mars. Mr. Loutsch was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Remsen.

Survivors include his wife; one son, Travis and two daughters, Teran and Tanda, all at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Andy "Sonny" Loutsch, Jr. of Remsen; three brothers, Joe of Joliet, Ill., Jerome of Sioux City and Jay of LeMars; four sisters, Mrs. Allen (Jean) Delperdang of Remsen, Mrs. Gary (Joyce) Nussbaum of LeMars, Miss Janice of Joliet and Miss Jackie of Le Mars and his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Andres (Mary) Loutsch Sr. of Remsen.
