Saturday services

Mary A. Binneboese, 89, LeMars, a Plymouth County native, died Wednesday (June 6,1984) at Kingsley Colonial Manor where she had lived a month alter an illness of two years. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church, rural Hinton, with Pastor Jerry Hahn officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of the Mauer-Johnson Funeral Home in LeMars.

She was born March 7,1895, in Grant Township to Carl and Elizabeth Westhoff Ahrendt. Her marriage to John Binneboese took place Feb. 12, 1928, in Grant Township. The couple farmed in Grant Township, then moved to a farm near Hinton where they farmed for 40 years. They moved to LeMars in 1959. Mr. Binneboese died in 1976.

She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church.

Survivors are two sons, Harold and Arnold, both of rural Hinton; eight grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Harm (Louise) Kruse of LeMars, Mrs. Jack (Ida) Petersen of Merrill and Mrs. John (Bertha) Waldum, Sioux City, and a brother, Carl Ahrendt, LeMars. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Sophia Zieger.
