A farmer near Westfield, for many years, William B. Milner, 83, died Tuesday morning at Rapid City, S.D. after a long illness.

Mr. Milner was born December 29, 1862, at Beloit, Wis.

Surviving are the widow; two daughters, Mrs. Joseph McCormick of Rapid City, and Mrs. Alva Clair of Omaha; three sons, Howard of Sioux City, Richard of Westfield, and Dr. William A. of Albany, N. Y., 13 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Thursday at Rapid City.
