FRED JUNCK
Fred Junck, 93, of Kingsley died Sunday, January 2, 2000, at the Kingsley Nursing & Rehab Center in Kingsley. Mr. Junck was born June 18, 1906, at rural Hinton, the son of George and Louis (Kapsch) Junck. He grew up in the Hinton area. On February 4, 1929, he married Hazel Nuessle at Trinity Lutheran Church rural Hinton. After their marriage they farmed in the Hinton area. In 1943 they moved to the Kingsley area where he continued to farm until his retirement. Survivors include his wife; two sons and their wives, Bernard and Bonnie Junck of Hinton, Duane and Pat Junck of Kingsley; one daughter and her husband, Mary Lou and Bob Mockler of Kingsley; one daughter-in-law, Connie Junck of Kingsley; two sisters-in-law, Viola Junck of Sioux City, Marian McMullen of Sonora, California; 16 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren. He preceded in death by his parents, one son LeRoy Junck, two brothers George Junck, Harold Junck, two sisters Elsie Muecker, Margaret Kempe, one great-granddaughter, Macy Olerick, and one great-grandson, Brian Lynott. Funeral services were held at First Lutheran Church in Kingsley. Burial in Kingsley Cemetery,.
