Wilma Duster funeral set here Friday

Wilma Duster, 68, longtime Plymouth county resident, died Tuesday (June 29, 1976) at St. Vincent hospital, Sioux City, after a long illness. She had been hospitalized since June 1.

Wilma Caroline Catherine Mueller was born May 28, 1908, in Sioux county to Henry and Wilhelmina Osterman Mueller. She came to Plymouth county in 1932 and had since lived here.

Her marriage to Henry Purst took place Sept. 10, 1932 at Elk Point. He died in 1942.

Her marriage to William Duster took place in May 1947 at Des Moines. Mr. Duster died in December 1975.

Mrs. Duster also was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and five sisters.

She was a member of St. John’s American Lutheran church.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St. John’s American Lutheran church in Le Mars. Rev. arnold Imbrock will officiate and burial will be in Le Mars Memorial cemetery under direction of the Mauer funeral home in Le Mars.

Surviving are 12 nieces and nephews.
