Mrs. Guy Minor

Mrs. Guy Minor, 83, died Sunday (June 8, 1975) at the Akron hospital after a brief illness.

Services were held at 10:30 a.m. June 10 at the Westfield Congregational Church. The Rev. Ralph Burdette officiated. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of Schroeder Funeral Home of Akron.

Pallbearers were Ed Nelson, Jack Larson, Vernal Bye, Kenneth Hoffman, Lowell Morehead, and Arden Banks.

Mrs. Minor, the former Alice Winders, was born April 14, 1892, in Salix. She was married March 15, 1916, in Russell, Minn. Mr. Minor died in 1971.

She attended Morningside College and taught in country schools in Plymouth county for many years. The couple farmed in Plymouth county.

Survivors include nieces and nephews.
