Note: Some family obituaries spell the last name Collmann. Mother's maiden name is Helgens.

Hold Graveside Rites For Mrs. G. Theilen, Native of Plymouth Co.

Mrs. Gertrude Theilen, 76, Plymouth county resident until moving to Clarksfield, Minn., 39 years ago, died Thursday, Feb. 24, at Clarksfield after a three years’ illness.

Graveside rites at the city cemetery here were conducted Monday afternoon under the direction of Maurer’s funeral home.

Gertrude Collman was born June 27, 1878, in Preston township, Plymouth county. She married Ben Theilen on Mar. 16, 1899, in Grant township.

Survivors are her husband, Ben; three brothers, Louis of Akron, Henry of Le Mars and Albert Collman of Hartley; and a sister, Mrs. Henry Theilen of Le Mars.

Her parents, a brother and three sisters preceded her in death.
