KATHRYN L. TAFT
Kathryn L. Taft, 68, of rural Hinton died Wednesday June 3, 1998, at a Sioux City hospital following a lengthy illness. Services were held Tuesday June 9 at Meyer Brothers Colonial Chapel in Sioux City, with the Rev. Alex Washington officiating. Burial was in Logan Park Cemetery. Miss Taft was born March 10, 1930, in Sioux City the daughter of George and Freda (Arvesen) Taft. She farmed in Plymouth County, Iowa, and was well know for her artwork. Survivors include a brother and his wife Robert and Sybil Taft of Las Vegas, Nevada, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
