Otto Berner Leaves Wife and Son Who Were Not Near to Comfort HimOtto Berner, a well known jeweler of Sparks, was called to the great beyond Tuesday morning after a short illness. He was a native of Germany and was 49 years of age, several of which had been spent in Sparks.
He is survived by a wife and sister (NOTE - Otto did not have a sister) in LeMars, Iowa and a son who occupies a government position at Omaha.
It has been learned that the deceased was a member of the LeMars commandery of Knights Templar and had been a well known citizen of that city. Upon advices from LeMars, the remains were shipped east last night to be buried there.

Otto G. Berner, formerly a well-known jeweler in LeMars, died recently at Reno, Nev. The body was brought to LeMars for burial.
