Hinton Woman Dies In Hospital

Lived 52 Years In That Community

Mrs. Fritz Ludwig of Hungerford township died Sunday in a Sioux City hospital after a protracted illness, aged 56 years.

Anna Steffen was born April 11, 1889, in Germany and came to the United States and Plymouth county at the age of 4 years. When she grew to womanhood she married Fritz Ludwig and lived in that community all her life. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran church in Sioux City.

Survivors are the widower, Fritz, and a son, John Steffen of Cedar Rapids; three sisters, Mrs. John Plahn and Mrs. Henry Ludwig, both of Sioux City, and Miss Alma Steffen of Kingsley, and two grandchildren.

The body was taken to the Otto Kuk funeral home in South Sioux City, Neb.
