Note: According to her husband’s obituary her first name is Barbara and her maiden name is Pfadt. She is buried in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery.

Mrs. Andrew Trometer died at her home west of town yesterday morning. Mrs. Trometer has been practically an invalid for a number of years and death was not altogether unexpected. The funeral services will be held Friday in the Johnson township Lutheran church.

Mrs. Trometer was born in Germany, May 12, 1848, and came to America with her husband a number of years ago.

She leaves to mourn her departure a husband and a family of grown up sons and daughters, besides a number of other relatives and friends.
