Note: Her maiden name is Chihchin or Chinchen and her mother's maiden name is Dunham.

Mrs. Phoebe E. King, 74, died at her home at Kingsley Tuesday after a long sickness.

Funeral services were at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Methodist church there. Rev. J. P. Snyder officiated. The body was sent to Canton, Mo., for burial Friday.

Mrs. King was born March 10, 1878 at Canton. She was married to John King on June 22, 1897.

Survivors include four sons, Carl of San Leandro, Cal., Hubert of Denver and Earl of Kingsley, four daughters, Mrs. Ruby Bridgama of Ewing, Mo., Mrs. Anderson Folds of Denver, Mrs. Mamie Anderson and Mrs. Laura Ahrens, both of Kingsley; two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Slater and Mrs. Ed Hutchinson, both of Quincy, Ill., a brother, William Chinchen of Canton, and 21 grandchildren.
