Note: Her step-father's last name was Greenwood. He was Hiram Greenwood.

Emma Albright

Emma Albright, 83, of Merrill died Saturday (Sept. 16, 1978) at her home after a seven-month illness.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Merrill United Methodist church. Rev. J. Milton Kinney will officiate. Burial will be in Hillside cemetery under the direction of Mauer funeral home in Le Mars. A prayer service will be held at 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Miss Albright was born Aug. 20,1895, in rural Merrill to Frank and Barbara Barnett Albright. She lived on a farm west of Merrill until moving to Merrill in 1972.

Survivors are three sisters. Mrs. Elizabeth Cumihow and Mrs. Margaret Rozell, both of Merrill, and Mrs. Alice Lucey of Le Mars, and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, John, William, Frank, Edward and George and one sister, Mrs. Florence Berger.
