Note: His mother's maiden name is Barnett, and his step-father's last name is Greenwood. He is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Edward W. Albright
Edward W. Albright, 76, 1215 S. Cornelia St., Sioux City, died Sunday at a Sioux City hospital after a brief illness.
He was born Nov. 14, 1893, at Merrill, and lived at Merrill until 1935 when he moved to Sioux City, He married Vera B. Walters June 12, 1928, at Elk Point.
Mr. Albright was a member of Grace United Methodist church; Triangle lodge 613, AF^AM: Scottish Rite Bodies; and Monahan Post 64, American Legion. He was an army veteran of World War 1.
Survivors are his wife; a son, Keith M. of Sioux City; a brother, Frank of Le Mars; a half-brother George Greenwood of Merrill; three sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Cummihow, Mrs. Margaret Rozell and Emma Albright, all of Merrill; a half-sister, Mrs. Alice Lucy of Le Mars; and six grandchildren.
The body was taken to the Nelson-Berger Northside funeral home.
