HULDA PFAFFLE TAKEN BY DEATH

Relatives in LeMars were notified yesterday of the death of Mrs. Hulda Pfaffle, 77, early settler in Henry township. Mrs. Pfaffle was related to the Pfaffle and Treptow families living in Plymouth and Cherokee counties.

Mrs. Pfaffle passed away Sunday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. F. F. Grauer, in Marcus. Another daughter, Mrs. Henry Holstein, lives at Chamberlain, S.D., and a son, E. M. Grauer, at Remsen.

The funeral will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock in the Trinity Lutheran Church in Marcus and burial will be made in the LeMars city cemetery.
