Mrs. Leone Frances Bos

Greensboro-Mrs. Leone Frances Bos, 86, died Sunday, November 4, 2012 at Moses Cone Memorial Hospital.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, November 8, 2012 at
Trinity Church at 5200 W. Friendly Ave., Greensboro, NC. .

Mrs. Bos was born on November 7, 1925 in LeMars, Iowa, daughter of the late Charles and Gladys Kennedy Ewin. She was a member of Trinity Church of Greensboro, where she was a member of The Golden Heirs and the Mary and Martha Women’s Club. While residing in Texas, she was a member of the Eastern Star and President of the N. Dallas Republican Party. She was a homemaker and an administration assistant for her husbands businesses, Bos and Associates, Inc and Factory First of Carolina, Inc.

She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Jerry Bos; three children, Tom Bos and wife Becky, Vicki Freitas and husband Mark and Terri Foy; six grandchildren, Esther Spillman, Thomas Bos, Jr. and wife Barbara, Derek Foy and wife Rachel, Jennifer O’Toole and husband Kevin, Madison Freitas and Josh Burcham and wife Dian; 7 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00 PM on Thursday, November 8, 2012, before the service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contribution may be made to the Piedmont Triad Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, 312 N. Eugene St., Suite D, Greensboro, N.C. 27401.
