Funeral services for Mrs. William NItzschke, 52, who died Wednesday at her home south of Remsen after a long illness, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Christ Lutheran Church in Remsen. Rev. Alfred Christiansen will officiate and burial will be in the cemetery in Remsen.,
Mrs. Nitzschke was born at Le Mars. She was married to Mr. NItzschke in Le Mars September 7, 1927. The couple farmed near Remsen ever since.
Survivors include the widower; two daughters, Mrs. Arnold Ott of Remsen and Miss Carmen Nitzschke of Philadelphia; a son, Marvin, of Remsen, and her mother, Mrs. Herman Schoenrock, of Hawarden. She has a number of relatives in the Marcus community. – family news clipping
