Richard Plueger, 74, of LeMars, died Wednesday in a hospital in LeMars.

Services will be at 1:30 pm Friday in Christ Lutheran Church, rural LeMars. The Rev Jack Hebard will officiate. Burial will be in Christ Lutheran Cemeetery. Visitation will be after 2 pm today with the family present from 7-8 pm in Maurer-Johnson Funeral Home.

Mr Plueger was born April 29, 1912 rural LeMars. He married Marie Beeck Augut 26, 1933 rural Akron, Plymouth, Iowa. He was a farmer and lifelong Plymouth County resident.

Mr Plueger was a member of Christ Lutheran Church.

Survivors include his wife, a son, Duane of LeMars: a brother, Henry of LeMars and four grandchildren
