Note: Some obituaries spell her maiden name as Lovel or Lovell.

Mrs. Allie Mount, Sioux City, died Tuesday (Jan. 15, 1980) at the Indian Hill care center, Sioux City, of a brief illness.

Services were held at 3 p.m. Friday at the W. Harry Christy funeral home in Morningside. The Rev. Charles Q. Wallace, of Grace United Methodist church officiated. Burial was in Memorial Park Cemetery, Sioux City.

Mrs. Mount, the former Bertha Lovell, was born Nov. 11, 1888 at Carroll, Iowa. She moved to the Westfield area as a child. She married Allie Mount, Nov. 14, 1905, at Elk Point., He died April 26, 1977, in Sioux City. They farmed until 1944 when they moved to Sioux City. She was of the Methodist faith.

Survivors include four sons, John of Chokio, Minn., James of Arizona and Charles and Manuel, both of Sioux City; two daughters, Mrs. Clementine Hummel, Richland, S.D., and Mrs. Bertha Green, Sioux City; 21 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great grandchildren.
