Fletcher, Quigley died 1971

Funeral services were held last week for Quigley Fletcher, age 65, at Palatine, Illinois. Mr. Fletcher died in Saigon. South Vietnam, after a heart attack. Mr. Fletcher was on his second tour of duty in Vietnam as a civilian civil engineer for the Navy Department.

Four years ago he retired from the DeLeuw Cather & Co., an engineering firm at 165 W. Wacker Dr., after 27 years with the firm.

Survivors include his widow, Fannie B,; three sons, Quigley, Donald and Thomas; two daughters, Mrs. Nora Winn and Mrs. Suzanne Wolff; 13 grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Curtis Johnson, of Dell Rapids. S.D., and by six brothers, Edgar and Roland, of Des Plaines, Ill.; Ray, Floyd, Darcy and Elmo, all of Akron.
