Melvin J. Siebels

COSTA MESA, Calif.—Melvin J. Siebels, 79, of Costa Mesa, Calif., and a Le Mars native, died Friday, Feb. 9, 2001.

Mr. Siebels was born Aug. 23, 1921, in Le Mars. He was a resident of Costa Mesa, Calif., and worked in the aerospace industry for 20 years.

Survivors include his wife, Laura; one daughter, Marcia Tidball and her husband, Earl, and one son, David Siebels and his wife, Sue; and four grandchildren, Brian Tidball, Jeremy Tidball, Johnathan Siebels and Juliette Siebels.

Visitation will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, with graveside services at 11:15 a.m. at Pacific View Memorial Park and Mortuary, in Newport Beach, Calif., which is in charge of arrangements.
