Mrs. Frank Thomas
Mrs. Frank I. Thomas, Sr., 91, Casa de Paz, 2121 W. 19th St., died Thursday at the home after a long illness.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the First Assembly of God Church. The Rev. James Zellers, Dodge Center, Minn., will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of the W. Harry Christy Funeral Home, 711 Myrtle St.
Mrs. Thomas, the former Emma Hennerietta Stading, was born Dec. 30, 1888, at Homer, Neb. She moved to Ponca in her early teens.
She married Frank Thomas, Sr. Nov. 6, 1907, at Sioux City. He died July 5, 1978, in Sioux City. She was a member of he First Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include four sons, Frank, Jr. of LeMars, Iowa; Robert of Lakefield, Minn.; Paul of Dixon, Neb.; and Howard of Olivia, Minn.; two daughters, Fern Zellers and Lula Koch, both of Sioux City; 17 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great grandchildren.
