At the home of her daughter, Mrs. Jessie Rann, east of town on Sunday night occurred the death of Mrs. Matilda Mohr, aged nearly 88 years. She had been failing for the past six weeks and the cause of her death was chiefly due to old age. She had been a resident of this section the past fourteen years. She was born in Schleswig, Holstein, and was married there.

After the death of her husband she came to this country. She leaves to mourn her loss three daughters and a son as follows: Mrs. Jess Rann of this place; Mrs. Lena Schifrensky, of Iona Lake, Minnesota; Katie Witt, of Germany and Fred Mohr, of Worthington, Minnesota. The funeral services were held from Christ church here this Thursday afternoon and interment made in the Lutheran cemetery.
